How much will I be charged if I damage a tie?
If a tie shows signs of any damage besides that of reasonable wear and tear, we will carefully analyse each of the cases in order to incur the minimum cost of reparing it. The maximum you will ever pay for a damaged tie will be the retail price of the tie, which is £75 for the most expensive models.

How do the Send Next list and the Wish list work?
Any time you browse through our catalogue, you will be able to add the ties you like to your Wish list. Afterwards, whenever you are ready to exchange a tie, you will be able to exactly choose the tie you would like us to send you and let us know about it by placing it on the Send Next list. Only ties available at any given moment can be placed in the Send Next list.
We will reserve a copy of the tie you transferred to the Send Next list for up to 6 days. We need to receive the tie you are exchanging this new one for within this time frame to guarantee delivery of your selected model.

What happens if I return a tie but I have none selected on the Send Next list?
We will simply send you one of the available ties from your Wish list. Not having a selection on the Send Next list does not mean that you will not be sent a tie!

Is there a limit to the number of ties that can be added to the Send Next list?
Yes, there is. Since we reserve that specific tie for you, we cannot allow you to have lots of ties reserved at any one time. We also limit the time a tie will be reserved on your Send Next list to 6 days.
Once the initial ties in your plan have been sent to you, you will be able to place 1 tie on the Send Next list if you are a customer of plans 2,3,4 or 5 ties at a time. If you are a customer of 6,7 or 8 ties at a time, you will have the right to place 2 ties on the Send Next list.

What happens if I lose a tie?
If you lose a tie, you should e-mail us to lost.kept.stolen@tiesclub.com letting us know the details of the missing tie. We will need to know the copy code, which you can find under Ties on Hand in your account area. This will allow us to un-assign the tie from you and charge a fair price for it. The maximum you will pay will be £75.

Why hasn\'t my tie arrived yet?
We are aware that sometimes items get lost in the mail. If the tie was assigned to your account less than 4 days ago, do not panic. Between days 5 and 10 after the assignment, you may contact us at info@tiesclub.com to let us know about the missing tie. We will provide you with a Lost Item Declaration Form that you will need to fill out and return to us so that we un-assign that tie from you account. If you fail to notify us of a tie lost in the mail within 10 days of it being assigned to your account, we will assume that you hold it and you will be responsible for the loss and any charges.

How can I cancel my subscription?
In order to cancel your subscription you will have to call Customer Services, details can be found under Contact Us on the web page. Your account will then be set to cancellation, so that you can return the ties you are holding without us sending any replacements to you. Once we receive all of the outstanding ties, your subscription will be cancelled.

How does WorldPay work?
During the sign up process, you will be taken to the WorldPay payment gateway secure pages to enter your debit/credit card details. When you complete and submit the necessary information, a FuturePay scheme will be set up to enable us to charge you the appropriate monthly subscription fees and any charges that may arise from damage to the ties.
All of your debit/credit card information will be processed by Worldpay and stored on their secure servers.

What payments do I need to make to use TiesClub? / What payment responsibilities do I have?
In order to use Our services, you will have to pay the appropriate monthly subscription fees in advance. For detailed membership fee information, please see our How it Works section.
Apart from the monthly subscription fees, you will also be liable for any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or loss of the ties, as well as for any unreturned items following a membership cancellation.
When a damaged tie is received, we will let you know how much we will charge to repair it 14 days in advance of such charge taking place. The maximum fee you are liable for per tie is £75.

Can I change my subscription package?
Yes of course. You may change your subscription package from your account pages. Access the update plan section, select the new subscription package that you would like to change to and submit!
You should make any subscription package changes only when there are more than 5 days left to the next billing.
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference between the new and the old plans for the days left on that month on a pro-rata basis. Afterwards, the new subscription fee will be charged to you.
If you downgrade your plan, you should return any outstanding ties to us before the next billing date. Failure to do so will mean that we will charge you the subscription fee for the number of ties you are holding on the billing date instead of the new lower subscription fee.
